Helvellyn has been on our list of hikes for a while now and after weeks of weather monitoring we thought we had picked a perfect clear weekend. So we set off from the car park at Glenridding and headed off to striding edge where we would then make a decision whether we were going to attempt it. Although it was cloudy when we arrived we gave it a go anyway. Watch the video to see how we got on.
