Meet Wayne Ashford - he can tell you everything you ever wanted to know about tea and then some. At Ashford Tea Company, he serves tea, offers private tea tastings and sells a wide variety of loose leaf tea.
Before starting his business in Savannah, he owned and operated Tea's Me Cafe in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he's originally from .
Today, Mr. Ashford also uses his tea room in Savannah as a space to engage the community in conversations about healthy living. It's also a gathering space that showcases the artwork of local artists and promotes spoken and written word events such as Poet-Tea. Whether you are an avid tea drinker, or new to "true tea," Mr. Ashford welcomes all to come inside.
