Ginger garlic paste - 2 Tbsp
Mutton - 1 1/4 kg

Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander seeds - 3 Tbsp
Pepper - 2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1 Tbsp
Star Anise - 2
Cinnamon - 4
Cloves - 7
Cardamom - 3
Dry Chillies - 6
Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Poppy seeds - 1 Tsp
Ghee - 2 1/2 Tbsp
Cashews - 50 gms
Shallots - 25
Lemon - 1/2
