ℹ About Sapadere Canyon
Formation: Sapadere Canyon was carved by water erosion over thousands of years in the Taurus Mountains. The crystal-clear streams cut deep into the rock, creating narrow passages, natural pools, and stunning waterfalls.
Length & Depth: The canyon stretches about 750 meters, with walls rising up to 400 meters high.
Swimming: Along the canyon you’ll find small natural pools perfect for a refreshing dip, although the water is very cold even in summer!
🌿 Best Time to Visit Sapadere Canyon
Spring (April–June): The water level is at its highest. Streams and waterfalls are much stronger, making the canyon even more spectacular.
Summer (July–September): Water levels are lower (as in our visit in August), but it’s the best time for swimming since the weather is hot.
Autumn (October–November): Still pleasant, with fewer crowds.
Winter: Can be visited, but water may be too cold for swimming.
