These cookies are crumbly type of cookies that's filled with crunchy walnuts and bits of sweetened buttery crumbs. They are a fall apart, melt in your mouth cookies. Definitely a great addition to any brunch, special occasion dessert table or get-together.

You'll need:
5 tbsp (69g) salted butter (COLD - Grated)
1/2 cup (100g) white sugar
1/2 cup (63g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (118g) walnuts (coarsely chopped)

Makes 12 cookies

:: HELPFUL HINTS ::

Cookies are best served cold or straight out from the fridge as walnuts are crunchier and crumbs are crispier.

These cookies are subtly sweet. So, if you prefer sweeter cookies, I recommend placing chocolate glaze on top for added sweetness. Or dip each one in chocolate glaze.

One may also use pecans, or almonds instead of walnuts.
