DETAINED at Tameside Council by Ashton under Lyne Police 🤬👮👮

From. 16 June 2020 it is the official Greater Manchester Police bodyworn camera policy and procedure to announce, at the earliest opportunity, that they are filming the subject.

PC Faye 15212 clearly did not follow policy or procedure, and claimed no knowledge of my GDPR or safe evidence gathering rights.

He is based at Ashton under Lyne police station, Tameside in Greater Manchester.

Update: Mr Roy West (the person who I was mistaken for) has complained to Greater Manchester Police about the incident. He was not involved in the incident and there is no connection to the gentleman whatsoever. He is an innocent victim of PC Faye's 15212 blundering approach.
