Recipe
Ingredients:
A little oil
250g hericium mushrooms (shred into pieces)
1 inch ginger (sliced)
½ tsp white pepper
Water as needed
Salt to taste
A handful slices spring onions
Cooking method:
1.Add a little oil into a clay pot or pot. Add the hericium mushrooms, sliced ginger, and white pepper. Sauté until aromatic, then add water and salt to taste. Stir well and let it simmer.
2.Add the sliced spring onions and mix well. Adjust the seasoning and it’s ready to serve.
