Adele saw sign that woman was holding saying that she was there for her 40th anniversary. She brought her on stage and then found out that her husband couldn't get a ticket and was watching the Cubs down the street. She took a picture with the lady and posted it to her Instagram and invited the woman's husband to come to the show. He ended up coming and sitting on the fifth row with his wife.
