The present Case Study is about a Real Life Scenario of Fire Incident happened few days back in India. Fire spread just as fast as the blaze from a Tanker refuelling underground tank and ultimately, resulted into a big explosion. As per CCTV footage major mistakes are cause of fire (cigarette/beedi), possible fuel leakage (coupling mechanism failure), location of petrol pump, lax attitude on safety and possible inadequate training of staff etc.
