Cop Falsely Arrests Sober Driver, GETS OWNED by Test Results – 'I Blew Zero!'

On March 29, 2025 a police officer with the Frederick County Maryland Sheriffs Office pulls over Levi Trumbull for an alleged red light violation, after only a brief interaction with Levi, the officer requests Levi step out of the vehicle and perform field sobriety exercises, to which Levi quickly refuses, from here the officer proceeded to arrest him on DUI Charges without ever specifically citing what the probable cause was for arrest. Levi would later go on to blow a zero on the breathalyzer test at the Sheriff's Office. Making the arrest unlawful and wrongful.
