《象群震撼冒險記》
最近看到「CEO被大象踩死」的新聞，才讓我想起自己那場幾乎變象墊的親身經歷。
地點是南非 Addo 大象保護區，我們開著一台可憐兮兮的 1000cc 手排小車，邊讚嘆大象居然能無聲無息地現身，邊嘲笑租車沒冷氣。
結果下一秒，一隻發情公象從草叢走出來，兩條汗痕順著太陽穴滑下來（對，這是費洛蒙！），牠還對我們噴氣！
再下一秒，另一頭公象從對面現身！
兩象相對，我們人車夾在正中間…當場搖手搖車窗搖到抽筋，只敢閉眼等地震過去。
那幾秒，我真的看見人生跑馬燈了。
親子頻道突然走野生頻道？
不，是媽媽的前世冒險，現在只想平安喝杯熱咖啡☕。

When I read the news about a CEO being trampled by an elephant, my brain immediately flashed back to a near-death moment of my own.
A few years ago in South Africa’s Addo Elephant Park, we were driving a tiny 1000cc manual rental car (no AC, hand-crank windows).
A massive elephant stepped out silently from the bushes — majestic… until we noticed two streaks of sweat running from his temples (FYI: male elephants in musth = mood swing volcano).
Then he snorted.
Then another male appeared from the other side.
And we?
Right in between the two.
We didn’t move, didn’t blink, just shook the window crank like our lives depended on it. Because they kinda did.
No footage, just trauma 😂
