Parma - Modena Italy Food Tours Description - April 2025

In Spring of 2025, we ventured on a 3-week trip to Northern Italy. We used the Trenitalia trains exclusively to proceed to Venice, Bologna and Florence after landing at our first city – Milan. While in Bologna, we took local train to visit Modena/Vignola for a guided tour of a Balsamic vinegar production.

The next day we took a local train to Parma for guided tours of a factory producing Parmesan cheese (DOP Reggiano Parmigiano). Then we traveled to a nearby artisanal operation producing and aging DOP Prosciutto di Parma (Parma Ham)..

We created separate videos for each of the cities that we visited plus this video which focuses exclusively on our specialty food tours in Modena and Parma.
