How to replace 4Runner SR5 Headlamps and install LED bulbs

My steps on how to install new headlamps in a 4Runner SR5 4X4 that has sealed halogen low beam headlights. How to remove the 4Runner's front bumper, remove the 4runnner old headlights, swap turn signal and running light bulbs, and install new LED bulbs to the new smoke housing, clear lens headlamps.
