I used this camera for a number of years shooting weddings. I think it is a great camera to learn photography on. There is no video facility so you don;t have to worry about that.It takes compact flash cards that are still available.
I omitted to say the battery grip has facility to adjust exposure compenstaion,zoom in and out when reviewing pics on screen and also adjusting autofocus points and also shooting the camera in portrait mode..
The flash sync speed for this camera is 1/200th second but the flash unit shown enables you to do high speed flash.Below is a link to some wedding photography on my blog where I used this camera.
