Sally Orange is an extraordinary lady and, as you will discover in this episode, she has had to overcome a number of major challenges in her life. Those challenges continue as, at the time of recording, she is undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer.

I have had the privilege of interviewing a lot of inspiring people for this podcast but Sally raises that already high bar yet further. Her incredible life story, her courage and her humour in the face of the darkest of situations are truly amazing to hear.

Equally extraordinary is the list of endurance challenges that Sally has completed as a charity fundraiser. Her focus and positivity on improving awareness of mental health, and now obviously cancer issues to a wider audience is truly inspirational and I am frankly in awe of what she has achieved.
