Catch of the Day: Jet Ski Fishing for Deep Water Snapper!
Lee and I head out to the deeper water in search of a tasty meal. Our local favourite and target this time of year is Pink Snapper, one of the tastiest fish in the sea. The sharks and some big bonito made things a little harder than we would have liked, but grateful we still managed a few nice fish to take home.
For the record it was windy, wet and a bit rough all day (please excuse the wind noise at times), but to cap it all off the trip home ended up being at at the worse point of the tide! We got absolutely smashed all the way home, and both Lee and I could hardly walk that night. But you get that some days when fishing from a jetski.
