Like every year, on 27 August 2023 Club celebrated #VrikshaBandhan in which DFO (IFS) Rajesh Kumar as the chief guest along with the club team tied eco-friendly rakhi to the trees at Circuit House Meerut. Addressing everyone, DFO Sir said that trees protect us like a brother and at present there can be no bigger protector than trees. That's why this initiative of the club is commendable, through this initiative the society will connect with nature and understand the importance of conservation of trees. He also appealed to the general public to join this initiative of the club and celebrate Vrikshabandhan with the trees around them. Club members along with DFO Sir also tied Rakshasutra to the trees. Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Sir also saw the eco friendly rakhi made by the club members and Nikita Jain was rewarded with a sapling for making the most beautiful and innovative rakhi.
