After getting Brain Damage, we discovered how vulnerable life is. Anything can happen. We changed. Familiar with finding our new way. Then we got to go to the mountains at Brain Camp.
Here we met mentors who spend their time and experience hanging out with us and showing us how to do things. We discovered that we are not alone in having an acquired brain injury. We experienced unity and belonging. Was physically exhausted. Implemented. Impressed ourselves big.
And best of all - we have experienced the spontaneous pleasure of doing something with others.
