Queda de Rins (QDR) Helicopter is one of capoeira floreio movement variations you can easily learn after you master the Queda de Rins. The idea behind this move is basically to transition from an open QDR to kicking your front leg to the back and your back leg up in a circular motion (helicopter like motion).

After you master the QDR helicopter, you might want to challenge yourself more and learn the bridge rotation, which is something you can carry out before executing the QDR helicopter.
