ZAR Jazz Orchestra will be performing and recording their second album during two exclusive shows at The Orbit!
The big band will feature some new arrangements – penned by musical director Marcus Wyatt – as well as some very special guests (including trumpet legend Feya Faku and rising star Zoë Modiga) and, of course, some of the very best musicians South Africa has to offer! They will also be recording a new album, so come and be a part of this magical process with some of South Africa’s hippest musicians.
Big bands have become scarce ensembles in Johannesburg and, thus, this weekend promises to be a unique and rare event on the jazz calendar!
