Whisky.com reviews the Tyrconnell Sherry Finish 10 years. Tyrconnell Sherry Finish is from the Wine Finishing Edition series of the Irish whiskey brand. After maturing in ex-Bourbon barrels, the whiskey was further matured in sherry barrels. The name means 'Land of the O Donnells' in Gaelic. The name Tyrconnell became famous for the successful race horse. The focus of the new bottle design is the much larger image of the racehorse.
