Since a lot of people don't know how old this video is, I decided to make this.
Despite the 2013 version being the first version of the song released, the video was titled "The NEW Periodic Table Song (In Order)". The 2015 version was renamed to simply "The Periodic Table Song", and the 2018 versinon appends "(2018 Update!)" to the end.
The outro at the end of the 2013 video mentions leaving a video response for those who could memorize the whole thing, and they'd pick their favorites on Facebook and Twitter (showing their 2013 logos.) This part was removed in 2015 to not be dated, and the iTunes/Bandcamp advertisement was all that remained.
The outro was changed completely in 2018 to include a video clip of the two hosts talking about ASAPscience merch, with an updated ASAPscience logo.
The reason the song was updated between 2013 and 2015 was to change the controversial drawing of Silicon, and fix minor errors throughout the song's visuals. The 2018 version included the official names of the temporary IUPAC names in the earlier versions.
Video specific differences:
2013 vs 2015:
At 0:24, the drawing of breast implants was replaced with a Silicon chip.
At 1:50, a grayscale filter is put over red mercury inside the thermometer to turn it gray.
At 2:05, during the zoom-out of the entire periodic table, Mercury's label was corrected to "Hg" instead of "Mg" (Magnesium). The previous two differences can also be seen again.
2015 vs 2018:
Starting at 2:30, Ununtrium, Ununpentium, Ununseptium, and Ununoctium were changed to use their new IUPAC names.
