Please do not try dual wielding until you are completely comfortable with single swords. I strongly suggest using light short swords.
When doing this cut be sure to flare your off hand elbow slightly to clear the sword path. I apologize for not mentioning it.
I misspoke when covering fixed positions. The swords should be completely clear of each others paths.
