"Chikō Gōitsu: knowing and putting into practice must be the same thing." So it is taught in the Hyōhō Taisha Ryū, one of the oldest martial traditions still handed down today. In the video, realized during the 450th anniversary of the school's founding, we meet 15th-Generation Master Uehara Eriko and Master Yamamoto Takahiro.
