Banana protein mug cake recipe:

I banana (mashed)
1/4 cup almond flour
I egg
2 scoops collagen
splash of vanilla

Make sure to grease the bowls with coconut oil or butter! Bake at 375°F for 15-20 min depending on the size of bowl.
