Come along with me as I share with you A Typical Day at a Chocolate Shop! I thought it would be interesting for you to see what a typical working day is like for me as I prepare items that we sell in our shop Chocolat on James. In this Chocolate VLOG we prepare our Twix Bars (we call them Xiwt Bars - think Twix) along with Mint Smoothie Bars and Tortoises. We make about 80% of the product in our 2 kitchens right in the store in Hamilton, Ontario while using high quality milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and white chocolate from Poissy, France. We also use Caramel Chocolate and Ruby Chocolate from Callebaut which is made in Belgium. Thankyou for joining me today as I show you A Day in the Life of a Chocolate Shop!
