This is an intense 10-minute workout to help you strengthen your knees by strengthening your hips, core, and ankles. This routine does a great job of getting the muscles that support the knees to better activate, so you’ll notice an immediate improvement in how your knees feel from start to finish.
And even if you don’t have knee pain, do this routine on the regular to prevent knee related issues. You’ll thank us later!
