Lilva Paratha or hari toor ke parathe is one of the most underrated paratha. So, here is my simplest recipe of lilva paratha. Try it out and share it if you like it.
Ingredients:-
For Stuffing
Lilwa (hari toor) - 800 gm
Oil - 2 TBSP
Green chilli Paste - 1 TBSP
Coriander - 1 TBSP (Crushed)
Fennel powder - 1 TBSP
Roasted cumin powder - 1 TBSP
Salt - to Taste
Coriander - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Garam masala - 1/2 TBSP
Amchur powder
Lemon Juice
For Dough
Whole Wheat Flour
Oil
Salt
Water
For Mint Yoghurt
Yoghurt - 2 Cup
Green Chilli Paste - 1/4 tsp
Mint - 1/2 Cup (chopped)
Coriander - 1/2 Cup (chopped)
Salt to taste
