Eastpoint Mall - Dundalk Maryland | ERA_Productions

Hello everyone, and welcome to the Eastpoint Mall in Dundalk Maryland! This is a struggling mall within the eastern suburbs of the Baltimore region, that has quite a unique layout to it! Originally beginning life is an outdoor mall in 1956, Eastpoint mall would be enclosed in the 1970s. It would feature premier anchors such as JCPenney, Hutzler’s and Hochschild Kohn’s along with several other shops to serve the eastern suburbs of Baltimore. However, when many these anchors would close up shop in the 80s, owners of the mall would announce a major renovation to the property. And the former Hutzler‘s space would become a new food court as well as office space. The mall would also gain a sears around this time. The mall would continue to see success all the way up until the mid 2010s. As of today, Eastpoint Mall sits with a bit of an uncertain future. Join me for a walk through the Eastpoint Mall!
