Last Minute Valentine's Day headbands! / Lovebug hair clip DIY

Need flowers and trim? Maybe ribbon? My flowers came from Ribbonandbowsohmy.com Go get you some!

Directions:
Determine your headband size (Chart at the end of this video) Clip and heat seal the ends. Glue or SEW your ends together. I also added a piece of 3/8" ribbon around my center just to conceal those ends :)

I used a piece of 1.5" ribbon to form my ice cream cone. Glue it down and seal your ends.

Attach your flower right there in the middle of the cone with a little glue.

Finishing touch...A cute little sequin heart (which serves as our CHERRY ON TOP!)

Once finished glue the back to your headband! D-O-N-E!

LOVE BUG hair clippie/headband

For this one I am using the same style flower, some head pins (they are mainly used for jewelry but I had them laying around so WHY NOT?!) You can also use pipe cleaners for the antenna. I also used the sequin heart and some googly eyes.

Start this one off by gluing the heart to the bottom of your flower. The heart will serve as our lovebug's feet!

I glued tiny little hearts to the tops of my headpins. I then attached the headbands in the middle/back of my flower. Add a little bit of glue and they will stay put!

Now simply glue your googly eyes in the middle and attach your love bug to your headband or clip. D-O-N-E!
