[Nioh 2] Permanent ailments vs. Itsumade

This floor came up as I was strolling in the Depths of the Underworld. It's got Itsumade in a dark realm next to a hot spring. Although just a regular variant on floor 11.
The hot spring is to activate the Path of the Demon bug. Basically using it when certain ailments are active will halt their timers. Of such ailments, we only have stench and scorched that we can inflict onto ourselves (that I know of).
I just so happen to have a Moonprayer + Izanami set for this scenario. It's a facetank set with complementary healing. Perhaps too much healing for this encounter as Living Dead didn't proc.
Just a spur of the moment video. Didn't even realise that I have 2 Treasure Sensors on this set.
