Passo Pordoi – Thighs of Steel in Italy | Part 3

We organized a short but very nice bike trip to the northern parts of Italy to visit Lake Garda. On the third day, we moved up north into the Dolomites.

We had a plan: while some of the crew were sending it on the singletracks in the woods, we would do some riding a bit south of the Dolomites.

But the weather turned on us, so we had to improvise. And oh man, what a great choice we made! When I started cycling, I wouldn't have imagined that in only 4 years I would be riding in such iconic places like Passo Pordoi.

I was never so terrified and excited as the scenery shifted from the already gorgeous volcanic mountains of Garda into the proper monsters of the Alps. My heart rate was already 160 while I was doing my warm-up loops...
