Some days on the bike just hit different — and this was one of them. Late in the mountain bike season, I joined two awesome friends, Dave and Kerrianne, for a fall ride on Vail Mountain. The aspen trees were glowing, the trails were running perfect, and the stoke was high all day.
We rode a bunch of laps, but this video captures two of my favorites:
• Yern to Berm – a fun, flowy single black diamond packed with fast turns and fun berms.
• Magic Forest to Spice Rack – a full top-to-bottom line that finishes on Spice Rack, a raw and technical single black diamond trail that really tests your focus and skill.
It was an epic day of riding, and I’m already counting down to next season to hit Vail Mountain again!
