यह नवरात्र बहु आयामी हैं। ये शरीर को स्वस्थ्य और शक्ति सम्पन्न बनाकर अंतरिक्ष की अनंत ऊर्जा से जोड़ते हैं।
यह हमारा भ्रम और अज्ञानता है कि जो कर रहे हैं, हम अपनी सामर्थ्य से कर रहे हैं। वस्तुतः हम एक पग भी शक्ति के बिना नहीं उठा सकते।
नवरात्र में नियमानुसार ध्यान साधना करके मनुष्य ब्रह्मांड की अनंत ऊर्जा को प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
इस साधना से संचित शक्ति से मनुष्य के अंतस में न सिर्फ आध्यात्मिक ऊर्जा का जागरण होता है वरन व्यक्तित्व विकास की यह साधना साधक को आत्मसाक्षात्कार की राह भी दिखाती है।
साधना का मार्ग सदगुरु की कृपा से ही प्राप्त होता है।
