At the start of the sport utility vehicle craze in the 90s (and to this day). Many luxury automakers were daring to get into making trucks. Some automakers made whole new designs that were ahead of their time and flopped, others decided to dress up existing ones like this 1999 Burnside Commander. By dressing up a top-trim Gavril Roamer, Burnside was able to market this as an entry-level vehicle for their line of luxury vehicles. Some little bits and bobs are changed here and there with the most notable differences being the inclusion of captains chairs in the rear, some cladding on the outside, new wheels, altered lights, and new interior color options. This vehicle does put the 'sport' in sport utility vehicle if you don't mind feeling all the vehicle's inertia while turning. I drove this Burnside so hard that I managed to crash the game instead of the vehicle this time.
