I always listen to “no talking mic triggers”when I study.
At first it doesn’t sound that good but after like 10 seconds I get used to the sound and it blocks my thoughts drifting away.

Head scratching , scalp massage

Whenever I get a scalp massage, head scratched by hair designers in a hair salon I fall asleep. But I usually cut my own hair (cuz hair salons are expensive😭).
That’s why I like listening to “scalp massage, head scratching, hair brushing asmr” with my eyes closed to experience that warm feeling.
The sounds were made by scratching/ brushing my own scalp. It’s quite fast paced.
Also, when I watch asmr I always like it when something is done directly ON the SCREEN so… it may look like I’m scratching your eyeballs, but I’m just trying to scratch your HEAD. 🤭
