A recipe shared by a culinary classmate, our tabungaw was pared with shrimp as the protein enhancing the umami aspect of the dish. We also added shrimp paste which made it extra savory. Let's Eat!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 kilo Shrimp
1 Upo
2 Tomatoes
1 head Onion
6 cloves Garlic
1 tspn. Salt
1/2 tspn. Pepper
1 tbspn. Shrimp Paste (Bagoong)
