State rep and House Majority Whip Cyrus Western discusses his early monumental work co-chairing the select committee on blockchain and leading the most significant pieces of legislation, like Wyoming's crypto bank charter. Former Wyoming Banking Commissioner Albert Forkner shares his perspective in playing a crucial role in establishing safe regulatory policies that maintained space for innovation for companies. The panel goes on to discuss all the other features of Wyoming's regulatory environment that is drawing in companies from around the country and globe.
