Mobile Suit Gundam Wing Endless Waltz sometimes known simply as Gundam Wing Endless Waltz is a 1997 OVA created by Sunrise set in the After Colony era. It is both a prequel and sequel to the Mobile Suit Gundam Wing anime. It is a sequel as it is a continuation of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, but is also a prequel as it reveals details regarding the past of the Gundam pilots and the true objective behind Operation Meteor.
Endless Waltz originally premiered in Japan as a three-part OVA in 1997, and was later released as a compilation movie in 1998 titled Gundam Wing Endless Waltz - Special Edition that included new scenes and changes to the score. As a part of the Gundam Big Bang Project, the movie was double-billed with Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team – Miller's Report and were referred to collectively as "Gundam the Movie." It was broadcast on Cartoon Network in the United States on November 10, 2000. The movie is available to be streamed on Crunchyroll.
