The Xoogler community hosted Maximus Greenwald on September 11, 2025 for a Fireside Chat with Maximus Greenwald. Max is the co-founder and CEO of Warmly (YC S20), an AI-powered signal data platform for demand-gen teams. A former Google PM and Sequoia Scout, Max led his team through YC and Techstars to build Warmly into a remote-first, Series A company with over $3 M ARR and a growing global customer base. From product intuition to navigating early-stage growth, Max shared a wealth of insight for anyone building or investing in the future of go-to-market and AI.

This conversation created space for tactical lessons and candid founder reflections. Max walked the audience through how he built and shipped rapidly in a crowded space, what fundraising and the YC experience were really like, how he navigated as a first-time founder, and what he wishes more early-stage founders understood about storytelling, resilience, and team dynamics.

This fireside chat was moderated by angel investor Lucas de la Torre, a finance and strategy leader with experience at Google, BofA Merrill Lynch, General Atlantic, and AXA. Lucas, now an angel investor and AI enthusiast, brought sharp questions and perspective, drawing from his own exploration of AI tools and recent hackathon win in May 2025.
