Brewing Beer: Sloth Session IPA Homebrew Recipe

In this video we show you how to brew a five gallon batch of a Session IPA. We brew this beer at the same time as an Oktoberfest beer, it's a double brew day! Brew this session IPA if you're looking for a low ABV beer that's also crisp, clean, and refreshing. We intentionally didn't clarify this beer with a whirlfloc tablet to make it a little hazy. We based this beer off of the Ceremonial Session IPA by Burial Beer, a brewery in Asheville, NC. Burial Beer has awesome beer and awesome artwork. We named this beer after The Sloth from The Goonies, a movie we all love here. We recommend brewing this Session IPA and pairing it with pastas, tomato salads, or any nice zesty dishes.
