The mother of Maddie Mogen, one of four University of Idaho students murdered in a home in Moscow, has sued the city over the release of photos that show the inside of Maddie’s bedroom. Maddie and her best friend, Kaylee Goncalves, were murdered in her room on November 13, 2022. A judge has granted a temporary restraining order blocking the release of photos and video and now the family of Ethan Chapin plans to join suit asking for an injunction to block the release of photos of Maddie and Xana Kernodle’s bedrooms. Angenette talks with attorney Leander James who is representing both families.
