✅ Ingredients (you can switch between Imperial and Metric System, and adjust servings, on our site)
◽ Instant Dry Yeast — 0.25 oz
◽ Warm Water — 7 fl oz
◽ Maple Syrup — 1 tbsp
◽ Gluten-Free Flour — 16 oz
◽ Salt — 2 tsp
◽ Warm Almond Milk — 3.5 fl oz
◽ Vegetable Oil (canola, sunflower, or olive oil) — 2 tbsp
◽ Apple Cider Vinegar — 1 tsp
◽ Poppy Seeds — 0.7 oz
◽ Sesame Seeds — 0.7 oz

✅ Substitutions
◽ You can use any other vegan/dairy-free milk (or regular milk if not vegan) in the same quantities
◽ If you are making gluten-free flour yourself, as a mix of rice flour and tapioca/maize/potato starch, remember to add in 2 teaspoons of Xanthan gum. Psyllium husk can also be used, according to your packet instructions.
◽ You can use barley malt syrup (20 ml / 0.7 fl oz) if you have it, for an even more flavourful and authentic NYC recipe.
