Makhandi Halwa: New iftar recipe 2023

Makhandi Halwa مکھنڈی حلوہ Recipe

Ingredients:

سوجی Suji : 1 Cup
دودھ Milk: 1 Cup
گھی Ghee:1Cup
خشک میواجات Nuts: (Any) 2 TB spoon
پانی Water: 3 TB spoon
سبز آ لاچی Cardamom: 2-3

Recipe
Take one cup of strained Suji/ Semolina and add one cup of milk and mix it.Now soak this mixture overnight. Take Karahi and roast 2 Tbspoon of any type of available nuts.Now in same Karahi add sugar and water for making shirinee. When sugar get dissolve and slightly change its color , add overnight soaked mixture of milk and suji/Semolina. Now mix it and start roasting it .Roast it properly for about 30 minutes until combined state of halwa appear.Now add all roasted nuts.Makandi Halwa is ready to serve. Enjoy !
