Blackout 2.4.8 Update: Liveplot Updates, New Snapshots, & More Astera Indicators

The latest Blackout Lighting Console and Blackout Next update is here! Version 2.4.8 brings new lighting control features, Astera pillbox integration, improved LivePlot tools, and critical bug fixes.

If testing goes smoothly, this update will roll out to the stable Blackout Lighting Console app next week. (BLC is already updated to 2.4.7.)

What’s New in Blackout 2.4.8
Astera Pillbox Indicators → Monitor power/sleep status instantly inside pillboxes
LivePlot Snapshots Panel → Unlimited snapshots, reordering, renaming, and long-press retakes
LivePlot Image Fields → Add custom fields directly on images
LivePlot Variables → Insert variables into custom fields for more flexibility
LivePlot Labels → Brand-new label field with variable support
Uniform Colors → Consistent accent + MIDI colors across BLC and BON

Bug Fixes & Improvements
Better layout + styling consistency
Fixed MIDI triggers (nanoKONTROL2 + other devices where CC events weren’t firing)
Corrected minus half-stop calculation
