Make this delicious Chicken Veggie Pizza at home with soft dough, juicy marinated chicken, and colorful fresh veggies!

Ingredients

For Pizza Dough🌟
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp instant yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp oil
• Warm water as needed

Chicken Marination🌟
• 1 cup chicken (small cubes or strips)
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp ginger powder
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp red chilli flakes
• 1 tsp BBQ seasoning
• ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
• 1 tbsp oil (for marination)

Vegetables🌟
• ½ cup sliced green bell pepper
• ½ cup sliced onions
• ¼ cup olives
• ½ cup chopped tomatoes (remove seeds)

Other🌟
• ½–1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 2–3 tbsp pizza sauce
• Dry parsley for garnish
• Crushed red chilli for garnish

🔥 Method🌟

1. Make the Pizza Dough🌟
1. In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and oil.
2. Slowly add warm water and knead for 5–8 minutes until soft.
3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour until double in size.
Chicken 🌟
1. In a bowl add chicken, coriander powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, red chilli flakes, BBQ seasoning, salt, and 1 tbsp oil.
2. Mix everything very well so the chicken is coated evenly.
3. Marinate for 15–20 minutes (or longer for stronger flavor).

Prepare the Pizza🌟
1. Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).
2. Take the risen dough, roll it into a pizza base.
3. Spread pizza sauce evenly.
4. Add cooked chicken.
5. Add all the veggies – onion, bell pepper, olives, tomatoes.
6. Add a generous layer of mozzarella cheese.

4. Bake🌟
• Bake for 12–15 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is golden.

5. Garnish🌟
• Sprinkle dry parsley
• Add crushed red chilli
