Australia's treasurer struggles to get through his Covid-19 economic statement to parliament, with a tickle in his throat forcing Josh Frydenberg to cough and pause for water several times. He even jokes that his speech is 'too long'. Soon afterwards he left Parliament House to be tested for coronavirus. He will await the result in isolation
