-hair trims 1-2x yearly
-daily scalp massages 7-10 mins
-scalp exfoliation 1x a week
-be gentle with hair: detangle starting at your ends, work up to roots
-scalp oil 1-3x a week
-clarifying shampoo 1-2x a moth
-shampoo roots 2x
-gloss or mask 1x a week
-condition mids and ends
-leave in conditioner
-heat protectant
-daily hair oil in mids and ends every morning & night
-only use heat 1-2x a month
-do lots of heatless curls
-lots of protective hair styles
-only low tension hair styles

-get 8-10 hours of sleep
-get blood work done to find any vitamin deficiencies
