Round 27 of the 2025 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) at Silverstone National Circuit brought the weekend to a dramatic close with the always-unpredictable reverse grid finale. Packed with pressure, late-race drama, and crucial championship points, the final race of the day had fans on the edge of their seats.
Sam Osborne lined up on pole, fresh from celebrating his 200th BTCC start at Donington Park, and faced relentless pressure from a pack of proven winners throughout the contest. Josh Cook hounded the race leader in his TOYOTA GAZOO Racing UK with IAA Corolla, while championship protagonists Ash Sutton, Jake Hill, and Tom Ingram all waged war just behind.
Further back, Aiden Moffat, Adam Morgan, Tom Chilton, Dan Cammish, and Mikey Doble all featured in the fiercely competitive top ten, with Doble strengthening his Independent Drivers’ title bid heading into the final rounds.
