A equipe verde (atacantes) equipe vermelha (defensores) Serve uma bola para os atacantes, onde ambos irão definir para onde atacar. Os defensores terão que correr para evitar a finalização e obrigar os atacantes criar novas maneiras de sair da pressão. Se os atacantes finalizarem com êxito inicia-se um novo confronto. Caso os defensores recuperem a posse da bola, ambos terão que atacar e finalizar no lado oposto. Detalhe: se os atacantes perderem a bola e recupera-la no campo de defesa, esses terão também que atacar para o lado oposto. Os atacantes só não irão precisar inverter o campo caso recupere a bola ainda no setor de ataque. A criatividade fica por sua conta. Divirta-se!!
